SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the BloomBig text-messaging program. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these terms.
Program description
When you opt in, BloomBig will send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, such as updates, new free resources, scheduling and follow-up messages, and occasional offers, to the mobile number you provide.
How to opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on the sign-up form at bloombig.net and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is collected through a clear, unchecked box that you must actively select. After you sign up, you may receive a one-time confirmation message; for some flows you may need to reply YES to confirm before recurring messages begin.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us or to work with us.
Cost & frequency
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Check your plan for details.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent, unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your carrier and is outside our control.

Your mobile information and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and your mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
